Weekend Fun

Here are some pics from Zoa’s latest adventures. The weather has been lovely here (up to 65 degrees some days), so she has been enjoying the outdoors more. Zoa has also started pulling herself up to standing, especially on the stairs and her music table. Other recent favorite activities include cat mauling, hugging, and riding.

This past week Zoa also got stuck with a babysitter on two different occasions. On Thursday, some nieces of a friend of ours looked after Zoa and some other kids while we went to a reading. Zoa was so enthralled with the other children that she barely noticed us leave or return an hour and a half later. On Saturday night, our “baby-swap” friends looked after Zoa so I could take Brian out to dinner for his birthday. She definitely noticed us leave and return, but played very contentedly while we were gone. We hope that she continues being so even tempered. She is such a joy to be around, but it is nice also to feel comfortable leaving her in someone else’s care so we can have some much needed time to ourselves!
