Long Time No Blog

So it has been a bit of a layoff from the blog once again due to constant illness (on my part this time) and finishing up the semester. I am now officially done with my grading, so I thought I would take a few minutes at least to catch up on the blog.

Zoa is finally virus-free and doing well. She has this immense vocabulary now and is starting to put two words together more and more frequently. Her favorite phrase lately is "bye dada," which is probably telling. Brian is not able to spend much time with her lately, especially now that finals are upon him, so she is saying goodbye a lot. Some days his absence definitely seems hard on her. There are days when she wakes up asking for him and then asks for him again when I pick her up from daycare. Hopefully, it will get easier for us all next semester.

I am feeling really uninspired tonight, so I am going to sign-off in hopes that I will have some more time and inspiration soon. Here are some photos from a recent reindeer encounter and of Zoa's favorite actvity.
